הצהרת נגישות

חשוב לי שכל אחד ואחת יוכלו להכיר את ההרצאה ולפנות אליי בקלות, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות.
מעמד האתר לפי התקנות
לפי תקנה 35ו(ז) לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג–2013, נותן שירות שהוא עוסק פטור, או שהמחזור השנתי הממוצע שלו אינו עולה על 100,000 ש״ח, פטור מביצוע התאמות נגישות באתר האינטרנט. השירות שמוצע באתר זה עומד בתנאי הפטור.
למרות הפטור, בחרתי להנגיש את האתר ככל יכולתי, בהתאם להנחיות התקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG, ולספק דרכים חלופיות לקבלת המידע והשירות.
מה נעשה באתר
- אפשר לנווט באתר כולו באמצעות המקלדת, והרכיב הפעיל מסומן במסגרת ברורה.
- קישור "דלג לתוכן" בתחילת הדף, ואזור תוכן ראשי מסומן.
- לתמונות יש תיאור טקסטואלי, כולל תיאור הטקסט שמופיע בשקופיות מהמצגת.
- מבנה כותרות מסודר, ושפת הדף וכיוון הכתיבה מוגדרים כראוי, בעברית ובאנגלית.
- ניגודיות צבעים גבוהה בין הטקסט לרקע.
- כפתור "עצירת אנימציות" בתחתית הדף, שעוצר את כל התוכן הנע, וכיבוד הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה.
- תוכן שמופיע באנימציה נשאר זמין לקוראי מסך גם לפני שהוא מוצג.
- גלריית התמונות ניתנת להפעלה במקלדת: מעבר בין תמונות, הגדלה בלחיצה על Enter וסגירה במקש Esc או בכפתור סגירה.
- שדות הטופס מסומנים בתוויות ברורות, שדות החובה מסומנים, והודעת שגיאה מוקראת לקוראי מסך.
- האתר מותאם לטלפונים, לטאבלטים ולהגדלת הטקסט בדפדפן.
מגבלות ידועות
- בשקופיות מהמצגת יש טקסט שמופיע בתוך התמונה עצמה. תוכן השקופית מתואר בטקסט החלופי שלה.
- לסרטון שבגלריה אין כרגע כתוביות. תוכן ההרצאה מתואר בטקסט שבאתר, ואפשר לקבל ממני הסבר נוסף בכל דרך שתבחרו.
- קישורים לשירותים חיצוניים, כמו וואטסאפ והרשתות החברתיות, אינם בשליטתי.
נגישות חלופית
אם חלק כלשהו באתר אינו נגיש לכם, אפשר לקבל את כל המידע ולתאם הרצאה גם בלי להשתמש באתר: בשיחת טלפון, בהודעת וואטסאפ או במייל. אשמח לשלוח את המידע בכל פורמט שנוח לכם.
פנייה בנושא נגישות

I want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about the talk and reach me easily.
Legal status
Under regulation 35ו(ז) of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, a service provider that is an exempt dealer, or whose average annual turnover does not exceed NIS 100,000, is exempt from making website accessibility adjustments. The service offered on this site meets the conditions of that exemption.
Despite the exemption, I chose to make the site as accessible as I can, following Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on WCAG, and to offer alternative ways to get the information and the service.
What the site does
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of the page, and a marked main content area.
- Images have text descriptions, including the text that appears on presentation slides.
- A clear heading structure, with the page language and direction set correctly in Hebrew and English.
- High contrast between text and background.
- A "Pause animations" button at the bottom of the page that stops all moving content, and support for the system's "reduce motion" setting.
- Content that animates in stays available to screen readers before it appears.
- The photo gallery works with a keyboard: move between photos, press Enter to enlarge, and close with Esc or a close button.
- Form fields have clear labels, required fields are marked, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- The site works on phones, tablets and with browser text zoom.
Known limitations
- Presentation slides contain text inside the image. Each slide's content is described in its alternative text.
- The video in the gallery does not have captions yet. The talk is described in text on the site, and I'm happy to explain more in any way you prefer.
- Links to outside services, such as WhatsApp and social networks, are not under my control.
