בדף הזה מוסבר איזה מידע נאסף כשאתם משתמשים באתר idozeevi.co.il, למה, ומה הזכויות שלכם. האחראי על המידע הוא עידו זאבי.
איזה מידע נאסף ולמה
- טופס יצירת הקשר: האתר לא שומר את מה שאתם ממלאים בטופס. כשאתם לוחצים "שליחה בוואטסאפ", הפרטים (שם, טלפון, מוסד, סוג הקהל, תאריך והערות) מועברים להודעת וואטסאפ אליי, ונשלחים רק אם תלחצו "שלח" בוואטסאפ.
- פנייה ישירה: אם תפנו אליי בוואטסאפ, בטלפון או במייל, אקבל את הפרטים שתבחרו לשלוח.
- מטרה: המידע משמש אך ורק כדי לענות לפנייה שלכם ולתאם הרצאה.
- מסירת המידע: אינכם חייבים על פי חוק למסור את הפרטים. המסירה תלויה ברצונכם, אבל בלי פרטי קשר לא אוכל לחזור אליכם.
מידע טכני
- שרת האחסון של האתר (Netlify) עשוי לרשום ביומני השרת מידע טכני, כמו כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן, לצורך הפעלת האתר ואבטחתו.
- הגופנים וחלק מקוד האתר נטענים משירותים חיצוניים (Google Fonts, cdnjs ו־jsDelivr), שמקבלים את כתובת ה־IP שלכם בעת הטעינה.
- האתר שומר בדפדפן שלכם בלבד את בחירת השפה ואת הבחירה לעצור אנימציות. אין באתר עוגיות מעקב, כלי סטטיסטיקה או פרסום.
העברה לאחרים ושמירה
אני לא מוכר ולא מעביר את הפרטים שלכם לאחרים, מלבד השירותים שנדרשים להפעלת האתר והתקשורת עצמה, כמו Netlify ווואטסאפ. אשמור את הפרטים כל עוד הם נחוצים לתיאום ולמעקב אחרי ההרצאה, ואפשר לבקש למחוק אותם בכל עת.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם (סעיף 13), ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן (סעיף 14). אפשר גם לבקש שאמחק את הפרטים שלכם.
איך לממש את הזכויות: פנו אליי בטלפון או במייל, וכתבו מה אתם מבקשים. אענה בהקדם, ולא יאוחר מ־30 יום.

This page explains what information is collected when you use idozeevi.co.il, why, and what your rights are. The person responsible for the information is Ido Zeevi.
What is collected and why
- Contact form: the site does not store what you type into the form. When you tap "Send on WhatsApp", your details (name, phone, institution, audience, date and notes) are placed in a WhatsApp message to me, and are sent only if you tap "Send" in WhatsApp.
- Direct contact: if you contact me on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, I receive the details you choose to share.
- Purpose: the information is used only to answer your inquiry and arrange a talk.
- Providing details: you are not legally required to provide them. It is your choice, but without contact details I can't get back to you.
Technical information
- The site's hosting provider (Netlify) may record technical data in server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
- Fonts and some code load from outside services (Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr), which receive your IP address when they load.
- The site stores your language choice and your choice to pause animations in your own browser only. There are no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
Sharing and retention
I don't sell or pass your details to others, apart from the services needed to run the site and the communication itself, such as Netlify and WhatsApp. I keep your details as long as they are needed to arrange and follow up on a talk, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may review the information held about you (section 13), and ask to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14). You can also ask me to delete your details.
How to use these rights: contact me by phone or email and tell me what you are asking for. I'll respond as soon as possible, and within 30 days.
